SelecTrak is a web-based call center solution for tracking applicants that's quick, easy to use and convenient to administer. The powerful and surprisingly flexible tool enables many key functions, including (but not limited to):
Applicant Pre-Screening - With the click of a button, SelecTrak links job applications from multiple sites (like Hot Jobs and Monster.ca) to enable you to draw significant volumes of applicants for each job posting. SelecTrak assimilates applicants' pre employment screening data from these job sites through a scientifically designed, customized selection tool called Ez App (Web and/or IVR) so recruiters can quickly, easily and accurately identify quality candidates.
Automated Scoring of Assessment Tools (Tests) - SelecTrak instantly scores assessments for data entry, retail sales and marketing, and customer service and sales (SACS). This saves time while retaining the integrity (accuracy) of the hiring process.
Applicant Tracking - SelecTrak offers unlimited flexibility and scalability by tracking unlimited numbers of applicants from multiple locations, across numerous job functions, through each stage of the hiring process: pre-screen, telephone interviews, testing, face-to-face interviews, security checks, etc.
Administration - SelecTrak performs an array of helpful administrative functions, including issuing customized letters on an automated basis for rejections, on-hold notices, job offers and other circumstances.
